Feeding Frenzy II

Feeding Frenzy II is a video game. It is a game where you use the mouse, but instead of a cursor it is fish. There are other fish. Some can eat you and you can eat some. There is three sizes of your fish in a level. First one is where you eat the smallest fish. Second is where you eat the second smallest fish. And the last but not least on the last size you eat all fish.

Feeding Frenzy II is similar to Feeding Frenzy I in most ways. You use the same controls in both. There is the same goal in FF I and FF II: you have to fill your fish up when he can eat all of the fish. They have the same graphics and stuff, but not exactly.

I like the game because you can move around and you have to fill the fish up and there is like a ton of levels and you can have more than one profile. I rate it one hundred million thousand out of one hundred million thousand.

Chuzzle

Chuzzle is a game where you fill up a jar with eyeball juice.  You try to get a match of three with these fluff balls with eyes.  You have a board that is somewhere around 8 by 8.  The board has these fluff balls with eyes, they are called Chuzzles.  Chuzzles are on every square of the board.  You can click and drag Chuzzles.  You cannot drag them diagonally, but you can drag them vertically or horizontally.  If you drag them around you might get a match of three or more.  It might be in an L, it might be a box, or it can be any shape that is made out of three Chuzzles or more.

Chuzzle is different from most of the games I have played.  Most games don’t include eyeball juice.  This game is not timed like some of the games I’ve played before.

Chuzzle is a great game to play.  I like that the eyes just float from the board to the jar quickly, and then in the jar they get squished up into eyeball juice.  I like the designs around the game board.  Chuzzle is an addicting game.

Polar Bear Plunge

Uncle Rob and I went to the beach one day for the Polar Bear Plunge in January! The water felt like it was 10 degrees. I went all the way up to my chest. I ran in and ran out. It was freezing! It felt like I was in a freezer.

There was a huge crowd of people. The people went into the water. Some did double dipping. There were not many kids, I think I was the only kid there.

After the I went swimming I tried to get warm, but it was no use. I had freezebites on of my toes. I had two pairs of socks on my feet. One pair for my left foot and one pair on my right. After I got home I went right to a bed and got under the covers. When I was under the covers I felt nice and cozy.

Toon Town Tower Defense

You have a hero that you pick in the the beginning. You choose the name that starts out as "name." Then you start out with a certain amount of money. You can buy towers with it. The objective of the game is to not let 20 monsters get into your base. Your hero can fire fast, slow or medium.

Now let's talk about the towers. One fires fast but it's bullets don't do much damage. One fires slow but it's cannon balls do a lot of damage! You can buy a factory which gives them more energy and you can level the towers up. You make money as you destroy monsters. Monsters have a certain amount of life.

It's a great game. 5 stars. There are a lot of other tower defence games. It doesn't matter what words are in front of "tower defence" in the name. All the tower defence games are fun.

Electric Guitar

On Christmas day I had a castle of presents and so did my sister. We each had a real good present on the bottom. We never knew what it was until we got it. At the bottom of mine was an electric guitar including a 4 watt amp.

A few days later we figured out how to hook it up to the amp and tune it without breaking a string, finally. We broke strings when we were trying to tune it a lot of times until Butch came over. Butch was in one of the previous blog posts. He tuned it for us so that it wouldn't break a string but it was a little off tune which was ok.

My electric guitar is really sensitive! It makes a humongously loud sound. You can just touch the frets and then it acts like you strummed it. It's amazing how much you can do with just one electric guitar.

I like it so much that I want to play it every single day.

Rock Band 2 Tournament

I went to the library one day to get a book. My mom saw a Rock Band 2 tournament poster on the door. The tournament was that day at 12:00. We were only two people, but we had to be a band of four to play. We saw two other people by themselves, so we decided to make a band.

I was singer on "Dirty Little Secret." I played on hard. It was set on no-fail mode. I got somewhere around 90% total. I was never in the red. We got 364 points out of 500. We came in somewhere around 4th place.

5 STARS. They have game tournaments all the time at the library. That was the first game tourniment I ever went to. I liked it a lot.

Baloon Invasion

Baloon invasion is a computer game. It is a game where you are a tank and you click to fire. Wherever your curser is the bullet pops the balloon if it has a little life left. If it has a lot of life left it does a lot of dammage. You can buy upgrades, that means more tanks.

The tanks can do different things. One fires quick bullets, one fires missles, another one fires slow bullets, and one freezes. You can earn commander points and you can level up your commander. When your commander level is higher, the game becomes easier. Commander points can upgrade every part about you and let you buy more tanks. At first you cannot buy tanks.

There are things that help you like slow bullets comming and popping near the end of the screen. Airplanes that pop balloons most of the time. And airplanes that pop balloons but they go away.

I like that you can be defeated even though you are against balloons! I like everything about the game. I like the color scheme. Everythign is colored with green, white, grey and black. The upgrade system is great. 5 GOLDEN stars.

Desktop Tower Defense

Desktop Tower Defense is a video game. You play it on the computer with the mouse. The enemies are trying to get to the other side of the gameboard. You try not to let twenty enemies get through.

You play by making a maze and you make the maze out of towers. A tower has special powers. A tower can have one out of four powers. The powers are shooting pellets, double pellets, freezing, and slowing down. It costs gold to buy a tower. You can play it in special modes like 10,000 pieces of gold. A wave of enemies is twenty enemies.

5 STARS! I like how the graphics work. I like that you can upgrade the towers five times. I like that there are five different kinds of enemies.

Bookworm Adventures

Bookworm Adventures is where you are a worm that has super spelling powers. He has a helper Professor Codex. You have 16 letters. Sometimes you have the same letters, but most of the time you have different letters. You click on a few of the letters to make a word. There is this attack thing at the bottom, when it turns bright green you click on it and it attacks your opponent.

Your opponent has a certain number of hearts, you have hearts too. The hearts are for your and their life. When you attack the hearts go down and you have less life and your enemy can attack also. Every time you attack the damage depends on how long your word is. Try and get the longest words that you possibly can because it does more damage. If you are in delux mode it does overkill bonus.

Level one the computer has one heart. Then it gets harder. Level one just gets you started and it gives you the letters to beat your opponent in one hit in order. There are six levels after that. The sixth level is the one before the boss. After you beat the boss you go to the next chapter of the book. There are three books. Later in the game the levels get harder. At the end they are crazy hard.

As you level up you can increase your attack, your life, and your defense. You start out with three hearts. As you level up you can get more hearts. If you get higher defense it's like armoring, but not as much as your opponents get armor. If your attack gets increased, the longer the word it actually does more damage than if you didn't level up.

FOUR STARS. I like it because you can get long words easily, but I don't like it because for kids that are still learning big words and your parents ask you to say them and tell what they mean you might not know what it means and might not know how to pronounce it correctly. I like the graphics. You can change it so that it looks flat instead of 3D. I like that you can change the mouse to this little arrow thing of a mabob.

What I think about Starcraft II

Starcraft is a cool game where you can be Terrins or Protoss. If you are Protoss you are against the Terrins. If you are Terrins you are against the Protoss. It is a shooting game.

I like how the graphics work. The graphics are good because they look real. I like how the factories look. The factories make units.

Now I will talk about the units. The Thor turns very slowly but it has some very powerful guns on it's back. The Cobra is potent to the Thor. The Cobra can turn very quickly and fire at the same time. I like the Protoss Mothership. The Mothership can create a black hole and she can use the planet cracker which is very strong to enemy ground targets.

Alhambra

players: 2-6
long: 30-90 minutes
age: 8 and up
how to play: Basically all you need to do is make the biggest Alhambra with the longest chain of walls.

I like that there are three rounds and all you have to do is get the most points in all the rounds. You buy tiles with money. Then you try to place them in the right spots and you have to be able to walk to the middle of your Alhambra. If you go to 120 points you have to restart if you go over at least that's what I think.

I like everything about it.

Rating: 5 stars.
